The Students Toward Environmental Welfare and Research for Development and Sustainability (STEWaRDS), an academic organization of Silliman University – Institute of Environmental and Marine Sciences (SU-IEMS), seeks to promote environmental well-being through knowledge generation and sharing.
Our Mission
As a student organization, STEWaRDS enthuses people from all walks of life to work together for the preservation of the natural environment and its resources in the long-term interest of the students, University, and community.

The organization was established to:

enhance environmental well-being through service learning,

empower students and community members through partnerships and networking,

develop research competence among its members, and

promote environmental awareness through information, education, and communication (IEC) strategies. This page is used to disclose all scheduled or ongoing activities and provide updates to all members and any participating partners.
